Samantha Narins has been supporting clients since 2013. She works with individuals whose lives and careers demand high levels of performance, focus, and resilience, including students, college students, early-career professionals, entrepreneurs, and executives in fast-paced fields such as technology, startups, medicine, law, finance, and business.
Samantha’s work centers on supporting individuals navigating burnout, anxiety, perfectionism, career transitions, and relationship challenges within demanding academic and professional environments. She focuses on helping clients develop sustainable strategies for focus, emotional regulation, decision-making, and long-term resilience.
Samantha holds a Master of Education and a Master of Social Work and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New York State. Her approach integrates evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, executive function skill development, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and mindfulness.
